SITE MEETING AT KAWOOMYA HC III

Kayunga District top leadership conducted an outreach site visit to Kawomya HC3.

The purpose of the site visit was to monitor progress on the construction of a staff House.

The Team comprised of the LCV, RDC, CAO and technical staff.

The CAO briefed the team about the phased process for this particular project and emphasised to the team about the second phase under which the construction is underway.

The CAO further instructed the Engineer to write a warning letter to the contractor for the delay in execution of the contract.

The Engineer acknowledged that the construction is too slow and stands at 50%.

The Chairperson Hospital management Committee requested for a maternity ward because the overwhelming population.

The RDC requested the DHO to plan and fence the facility since the foot ball play ground and cattle grazing affects the patients with pollution.

The RDC further talked about Nurses who are renting out houses allocated to them to non Health workers.
